1 Day Uganda Gorilla Tour Detailed Itinerary

You will be picked up by your driver guide at 6:00 am either in Kabale or Kisoro or at 5:00 am if you start in Kigali and you will be transferred to the mighty Bwindi Impenetrable National park where on arrival you will take part in the briefing at the Park headquarters from where you will be grouped in a group of 8 before you enter the park in the company of rangers to begin your search of the mountain gorillas.

Trekking can be tough sometimes, so you are advised to have a walking stick based on how strong enough you are and your fitness. You are also advised to carry rain coats and boots since the weather is unpredictable and just changes, carry enough water for drinking as well as enough snacks or packed lunch since the trek is so strenuous

For one unforgettable hour you are in the area of the mountain Gorillas seeing them in their daily life, with a chance to spot some forest interior birds.

After trekking the gorillas (from between 12:00pm to 4:00pm), you head back to the starting point where your driver will pick you and transfer you back to Kigali arriving in time for drop off at your hotel or at the Airport.
