For foreign non residents, gorilla trekking permits cost 700 USD each; for East African natives, they cost 600 USD each. Gorilla trekking licenses in Uganda were however raised to 800 USD per person for foreign non residents, 700 USD per person for East African citizens beginning 1st/July/2024.
How can African book gorilla habituation permits?

Following your contact, we will look for permit availability from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) and, should permits be available on your chosen dates, you will be required to make a deposit for the permit.
