Best Time to Go for this Luxury Uganda Tanzania Safari:
The best time to go for this Masai Mara Safari & Gorilla Trekking tour depends on your interests. For gorilla trekking, the ideal months are June to September and December to February, when conditions in Bwindi are dry and trails are easier to navigate. For the Masai Mara, July to October is the prime season to witness the Great Migration, though wildlife viewing is excellent year-round.
By choosing this exclusive fly-in safari, you’ll enjoy comfort, seamless travel between countries, and more time immersed in the wild beauty of East Africa.
How To Get There:
Your Masai Mara Safari & Gorilla Trekking fly-in adventure begins in Entebbe, Uganda, and ends in Nairobi, Kenya. International travelers arrive at Entebbe International Airport (EBB) to start their journey. From Entebbe, a 1-hour flight takes you to Kihihi or Kisoro Airstrip, the gateways to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
After your gorilla trekking experience, you’ll take a flight back to Entebbe and a direct flight from Entebbe to the Masai Mara, which lasts approximately 2 hours. This seamless connection allows you to move effortlessly between Uganda’s rainforests and Kenya’s savannahs without passing through Nairobi.
Please note: For this flight to operate, there must be a minimum of four passengers on board. If there are fewer than four travelers, you can choose to purchase the remaining seats or book the flight on a charter basis. This direct route is available mostly during the high season (June–October and December–February).
Your safari concludes with a 45-minute return flight from the Masai Mara to Wilson Airport, followed by a short road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for your international departure. Each flight is short, scenic, and designed to maximize comfort while minimizing travel time between destinations.
